We are currently not accepting signatures from people at this moment in time. This is due to the ongoing coronavirus. For proof of delivery at the moment, we are asking for our customers first and last name to confirm delivery. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause!
If you missed your delivery. A reschduled delivery should be attempted either later on that day, or the next-day. For more information check your tracking number. We will attempt a delivery 3 times. After the 3rd time, we will attempt to send it back to the sender!
If your parcel hasn't arrived when you expected it to arrive. It is best to search the tracking number. As that will contain the most information about your shipment.
If your parcel was late, you may be elilble for compensation. To check if you are eligble for compensation go to our claims section!
